Welcome to Sushi Island, home to the best Japanese Cuisine in the area! The food that we serve is immensely diversified. The various types of dishes and the way each is prepared have been honed over roughly the span of a century.

Our sushi is made of vinegar rice combined with various toppings or fillings. Our specialty is seafood, but we also offer vegetables, mushrooms, eggs, or different types of meat. Most, but not all, of the fish used in our sushi is raw. Often other ingredients may be cooked, blanched, sautéed, or marinated according to the type of dish. We continue to serve various kinds of sushi with care and pride in every dish. So come by and give us a try.

Oh man... Sushi Island... This might be my favorite sushi spot of all time. First let's talk about the service, Hollis, the owner, is simply put, one of the most hospitable hosts I have ever seen. The service is fast, clean, efficient. The food is expertly prepared and beautiful to look at. It tastes amazing, simple as that. This place is worth your time. It has a nice intimate atmosphere as well. If you are vocal enough the place can get pretty lively though as the chefs will talk to you with ease if you're nice.
